As a clinician, Sithara is strengths-based and person centered. They use their skills to create a plan that suits clients’ individual needs, strengths, and goals. Sithara has extensive experience working with individuals who have experienced trauma and has been trained in CBT, ACT, DBT, as well as mindfulness and somatic based practices.
