Available Position: Client Support Administrator

As a Client Support Administrator, you arrive each day ready to dig into the details and provide our clients with compassionate, go-the-extra-mile service. You are oriented toward problem-solving and finding solutions  when assisting new clients, therapists and vendors with scheduling, intake paperwork, insurance and collections, claims follow up and payment plans. With great attention to detail, you  investigate insurance issues and communicate with patients and insurance companies. Your hard work ensures that patients are billed accurately and our office is paid properly.

Qualifications & Skills

  • High School Diploma and/ or GED required

  • Associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred

  • Detail-oriented, analytical, and organized

  • Strong verbal communication skills

  • Exemplary interpersonal and customer service skills required

  • Flexible to learn new software and systems.  Familiarity with Google Workspace, Availity, Simple Practice and/or Asana a plus

  • Bilingual in Spanish a plus

Billing & Insurance Duties

  • Claims Processing

  • Patient Billing

  • Payment Posting

  • Follow-Up and Appeals

  • Financial Reports

  • Verification of Benefits

Client Support Duties

  • Managing patient communication, insurance verification, claims, estimates, billing, etc.

  • Answer phone and email inbox promptly and in a professional manner

  • Place outbound follow-up calls and emails to prospective clients

  • Give detailed explanations of services and schedule patients

  • Accurately maintain EHR database including documenting all call information

Hours & Benefits

Emerging Therapist

Emerging therapists will have the opportunity to develop their clinical practice through learning empirically validated and culturally competent clinical tools; integrate nonclinical responsibilities into the model and philosophy of care; foster their professional development through supervision, assessment and program development and collaboratively engaging with a others to bring their full selves to the workplace and community.

Ideal Candidates
  • Have a masters or doctorate degree in clinical psychology, counseling psychology, social work, couples or family therapy.

  • Working towards licensure hours, license eligible or are newly licensed.

  • Have experience working cross-culturally, with a diversity of clients.

  • Have experience leading and facilitating groups and training.

Job Expectations
  • Build up to 25 clients per week caseload with at least two evenings a week by 12 months.  

  • Participate in all weekly supervisory and monthly staff meetings.

  • Work with team to develop community based projects and initiatives.

Established Therapist

Established therapists will have the opportunity to develop their clinical practice through continued exploration of empirically validated and culturally competent clinical tools; support and training to supervise according to our model; foster their professional development and acquisition of skills needed for program development and collaboration with our community and corporate partners.

Ideal Candidates
  • Have a masters or doctorate degree in clinical psychology, counseling psychology, social work, couples or family therapy (Psy.D., Ph.D., LCSW, LCPC or LMFT).

  • Are currently licensed in Illinois and able to practice independently.

  • Have experience working cross-culturally with a diversity of clients.

  • Have experience leading and facilitating large and small groups.

  • Have experience with supervision.

  • Have an interest in working with community organizations and companies.

Job Expectations
  • Build up to 25 clients per week caseload with at least two evenings a week by 12 months.

  • Once established in the practice, supervise one to two unlicensed clinicians.

  • Participate in all weekly supervisory and monthly staff meetings.

  • Work with a team to develop community-based projects and initiatives.

  • Additional opportunities to gain training and experience with our corporate training department.
