This 2-hour investment will help you:
Identify how stress impacts you.
Discover tools to reduce the impact of stress.
Explore various methods to establish mental calm.
Practice strategies to set yourself up for success when anticipating a stressful event.
Please come ready to share your stories. We are all showing up on this call to support one another. The best learning happens multi-directionally among the participants as you engage the topic collectively. We ask that all participants have an edible item to utilize during a section of our training. Examples include cough drops, fruit, candy, etc
