Interventions For Disrupting Sexual Harassment

As mental health providers, we recognize that speaking up about incidents of sexual harassment requires building a culture of support and care. Yet even in healthy workplace environments, reports of sexual harassment might show up. This continuing education course is a follow-up to our Sexual Harassment Prevention for Mental Health Providers. This course uses examples relevant to mental health organizations and focuses on tangible actions that individuals, supervisors, and organizations can take to address incidents of sexual harassment when they happen.
