Coaching & Consulting

Overview

Leadership isn’t an individual sport; becoming and sustaining strong leaders involves understanding ourselves and those we lead. Our goal is to equip leaders with tangible skills to build stronger teams and organizations. Our coaching program focuses on building a strong leadership identity, as well as understanding the dynamics of leading a diverse team in the ever-changing landscape of the modern workplace. We provide a framework for a comprehensive coaching program below, but we can customize the program's components to fit your team's unique needs.

Our Coaching Program is built on four essential components

  • Team and Individual Assessment

  • Large Group Interactive Training

  • One-on-One Coaching

  • Learning Circle

This Coaching Program is built on Systems Theory, utilizing a structured framework to ensure that your leaders not only develop individualized skills to strengthen their leadership but also establish an integrated framework that enhances team collaboration and your workplace culture. Every engagement begins with a kickoff, during which we conduct an initial assessment and determine our growth goals for the coaching engagement. Those goals are broken down into phases where we will set clear objectives and collaborate on exploration, skill development, and application. Leaders participate in both large-group training sessions and learning circles to enhance their collaborative learning and apply their skills alongside others.

Our therapist-coaches provide one-on-one coaching that helps leaders develop their leadership skills while exploring their own identity and the diverse identities of those they lead. Coaching differs from therapy in that it focuses on developing and implementing strategies to achieve goals. However, our team can draw from the wealth of sociological and psychological best practice research to support the development of interpersonal relationships and stress management skills in leaders.

The coaching engagement concludes with a final review and consolidation to assess overall progress, skill acquisition, and the incorporation of these skills into the workflow. Leaders will leave with their completed coaching plan, resources to support their continued progress, and the opportunity to present what they have learned and celebrate their accomplishments. Every participant will leave with a customized coaching guide. This guide is a virtual shared document that the leader, their coach, and their HR lead and/or manager have access to, allowing them to continue their growth and development after the coaching engagement.

This current program is designed to span a whole year; however, the consultation timeframe can be adjusted depending on your desired scope of work, and the program intensity can be adjusted according to your leader's needs. The frequency of sessions can be adjusted as the coach and leader work through objectives to meet stated goals.

Our Training Team

As trained mental health professionals, our passion is to help people navigate pain and turn it into growth. Many corporate training programs are great at helping us address the symptoms of tension and conflict, but rarely get to the root of why we feel and act the way that we do. At Artesian Collaborative we believe that tension, conflict and discomfort are not merely problems to be solved. They are opportunities that, when used correctly, can transform our organizations, our relationships and ourselves.

As we train your team our primary goals are to:

  • Help your organization build a culture that supports psychological and emotional health.

  • Guide your team through tension and conflict in a way that builds understanding of themselves and others.

  • Facilitate interactive and interpersonal workshops that help teams experience positive interactions in the moment that can serve as a model for healthy organizational culture.
