Additionally, we will explore the discomfort of speaking out, understand the laws and protections available to them, and obtain strategies that enable individuals and teams to take action before a situation escalates and requires more intensive intervention. This training goes beyond meeting compliance and focuses on creating a resilient and supportive work culture.
