You may be considering therapy because something in your life no longer feels manageable, fulfilling, or familiar. Perhaps you’re feeling overwhelmed, anxious, disconnected, or stuck in painful patterns. Maybe you’re navigating relationship challenges, a major life transition, loss, or emotions that have become difficult to carry on your own. Whatever brings you here, therapy can offer a supportive space to feel understood, gain clarity, and begin moving forward with greater intention.
I take a relational, person-centered approach, recognizing that a trusting therapeutic relationship is an important part of the healing process. My goal is to create a warm, nonjudgmental space where you can be honest, explore patterns, and better understand yourself and your relationships. Together, we can identify what is no longer serving you, build on your strengths, and support you in making meaningful changes that feel authentic to who you are.
I work with individuals, couples, and families navigating concerns such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. I also have Gottman Levels 1 and 2 training and continue to expand my knowledge through ongoing education so I can provide thoughtful, effective support.
As a Mexican-American therapist who grew up in a large blended family, I understand how culture, family, identity, and relationships shape the way we see ourselves and navigate the world. I strive to create a warm, welcoming, and inclusive space where your background, values, traditions, and lived experiences are met with respect and care.
You don’t have to have everything figured out before starting therapy, and you don’t have to navigate this next chapter alone. Taking the first step can feel difficult, but it can also be the beginning of feeling more connected, confident, and empowered in your life. If you’re ready to better understand yourself, strengthen your relationships, and create meaningful change, I’d be happy to connect.
