Our Community Mental Health Mission
We are dedicated to bringing community mental health resources to everyone. Your business helps us provide free and low-cost services to individuals and non-profits.

Non-Profit Partnerships
Our mission is to make high-quality mental health services more accessible to the communities that need them most. We believe meaningful change happens through relationships, which is why we work alongside neighborhood organizations to expand access to care, education, and practical mental health resources. Through partnerships with Greenlight Family Services, Collective Chicago, and the Agave Center for Social Justice, we collaborate with community leaders and service providers to help reduce barriers to support and strengthen the networks that families rely on every day. In addition to our direct services, we offer the same evidence-informed trainings to nonprofit organizations that we provide to our corporate clients, adjusting them to fit nonprofit budgets. This is one way we strive to be a good neighbor—supporting the staff and leaders in helping professions who face high levels of stress and burnout so they can continue doing the important work their communities depend on.
Affordable Therapy & Community Events

Sliding Scale Therapy
We offer need-based sliding scale rates for individual, family, and couples therapy. As part of our commitment to community mental health, we dedicate at least 20% of our services to meeting sliding-scale needs within our community.

Group Therapy & Free Events
Group therapy can be a powerful and more affordable way to access support. Meeting with a therapist alongside others who are navigating similar challenges often helps people realize they’re not alone, while the shared perspectives and experiences in the group can lead to meaningful insight, connection, and growth. We also host The Community Table, a free virtual gathering held every third Thursday where one of our therapists facilitates a conversation on a specific mental health topic. It’s an opportunity to listen, learn, and ask questions in a supportive space. Because it’s virtual, you can join from anywhere in the world, and we offer ways to participate anonymously so everyone can feel comfortable bringing their curiosity, questions, and concerns to the table.
Trainings that work for your non-profit.
