Sithara Vincent LCSW, RYT-500
Licensed Individual & Couple Therapist, Community Team Lead
Seeing clients in Illinois, in-person or virtually.
As a therapist, I am committed to working with individuals who are eager to explore, reflect, and evolve, even when motivation and energy feel out of reach. My approach to therapy is grounded in the belief that therapy can be a powerful way to help you develop tools to achieve your goals and enrich your life, no matter where you are in your journey. By fostering a supportive environment, I aim to help you uncover your potential and build skills to navigate towards personal growth.
With a strengths-based and person-centered philosophy, I tailor my approach to align with your unique needs, strengths, and aspirations. My focus is on seeing you as a whole person—taking into account the rich tapestry of your identities, beliefs, and values. I utilize trauma-informed and mindfulness-based CBT & DBT, as well as IFS, and somatic-based modalities, and specialize in trauma and feeling disconnected. Together, we will craft a plan utilizing modalities that respect and support your personal framework and needs.
Whether you are facing a particular challenge or seeking to enhance your life, I am here to meet you where you are and help you build upon your strengths. Growth may be challenging and often involves discomfort, but every step forward is a step towards a more fulfilling and balanced life. I look forward to partnering with you on this transformative journey.
