Overview
This training will go over the basics of how suicidal risk shows up in outpatient treatment, from self-harm to active suicidal plans. We’ll discuss steps for a suicide assessment, foundational techniques for addressing risk, as well as guideposts to support therapists in navigating and supporting clients in receiving care during acute crises and long-term distress.
