Overview

Approved for CEUs, this course will address the tension around sexual harassment prevention while also meeting your compliance requirements. Additionally, we will explore the discomfort of speaking out, understand the laws and protections available to them, and obtain strategies that enable individuals and teams to take action before a situation escalates and requires more intensive intervention. This training goes beyond meeting compliance and focuses on creating a resilient and supportive work culture.


This training meets and exceeds the compliance standard for the State of Illinois and the City of Chicago.


Objectives

  • Explore the definition, laws, and protections related to Sexual Harassment.

  • Examine factors contributing to silence and discomfort around colleagues' behaviors.

    Valid for LCSW (LMFT, LCPC) and Psychologists. This CEU is valid for 1 Sexual Harassment Credit as needed. Your CEU credit is dependent on your active participation. To receive credit, you must be present for the entire session and complete a brief post‑test. Note: This session is offered as a live training only. No recording will be available
