The Community Table: Accountability in Relationships

We often view "accountability" as a transaction: a way to manage others or demand results. But at its best, accountability is a radical act of connection. It is the disciplined, courageous effort to show up for the people we care about—and for ourselves.

About the event

Join us as we reframe what it means to be truly accountable. Our therapists, Ben, Jackie, and Anna, will guide a judgment-free, therapeutic conversation on how to move beyond "policing" one another and toward mutually supportive growth.

Together we'll unpack questions like:

  • When is accountability supportive—and when is it criticism?

  • How do you encourage change without becoming your partner's parent?

  • What if they don't want your help?

  • How do you know when accountability is helping…or hurting?
