About the event

Join us for this month’s Community Table, where we will explore the vital topic of neurodiversity. This conversation is designed for anyone who has ever questioned if they might be neurodivergent or found themselves resonating with discussions about ADHD, Autism, or any of the various expressions of neurodiversity.

Have you ever felt like everyone else has things figured out while you’re still trying to make sense of your experiences? You’re not alone. Our skilled therapists, Dr. Megan Reddy and Ayna Kaur Virk, LPC, will facilitate an open and supportive dialogue that aims to provide clarity and understanding.

In this session, we’ll discuss:

  • What it means to be neurodivergent.

  • The differences between self-diagnosis and formal diagnosis.

  • Helpful next steps for those exploring their identity.
