AI and social media are increasingly visible everywhere—at work, in our personal relationships, and in our thought processes. Most conversations about them land at the edges. Either we’re told they’ll fix everything, or we’re warned they’ll ruin what matters most.
This Community Table is a space to step out of that noise.
Led by Artesian Collaborative therapists, this free, virtual gathering invites you to slow down and reflect on how social media and AI are actually affecting you. Not in theory. In your real life. Your focus. Your creativity. Your sense of safety and choice.
We’ll talk about the strange relationship we’re in with these tools—how they depend on us, shape us, and keep moving faster than we can fully process.
