Entrepreneur's Mental Health Check
Listen in on a conversation with Dr. Sunitha Chandy and Jasmine and Joseph Mims of Abundant Culture, Inc.
"Carry yourself in a way that builds the culture that you want."
If we want to build a particular culture in our business or organization it starts with what's going on inside of us. As entrepreneurs, we face high levels of stress amidst the inherent risk and uncertainty of starting a business. We talk so much about the nuts and bolts of successful business, but the reality is that businesses are created, built and run by people - people with real emotions, fears and passions.
Much of what we're doing comes out of our emotions. As entrepreneurs, how do we take note of the state of our mind, body and relationships? Take some time to listen and reflect on how to care for yourself as an entrepreneur and how to build the internal strengths that will help you and your business thrive.
Jasmine and Joseph are serial entrepreneurs and the founders of Abundant Culture, Inc., a company that invests in real estate and businesses. You will find that they own properties and Lil' Coffee Cabin locations (while always hunting for more). Jasmine and Joseph are the hosts of The Jas & Jo Show, a business and mindset focused video show and Abundant Culture Podcast.
