What's The Community Table?

Every third Thursday, enjoy access to our therapists, valuable tools, and insights! The Community Table offers free time with our therapists. Each month features a different conversation topic, with options for anonymous participation—no pressure to share. Join us around the virtual table.

Neurodiversity | April 17 2025

We came together for a discussion on neurodiversity with Dr. Megan Reddy and Ayna Kaur Virk, LPC. Attendees heard real experiences and expert insights on what it means to be neurodivergent, and we cleared up the difference between trying out self‑screening tools and seeking a formal evaluation. Our speakers also offered links and resources for guidance—whether you’re just beginning to explore your identity or weighing your next steps. It was a supportive space where questions were welcomed and everyone left with resources to move forward.

Here's a quick look at what you missed!
